What is my Sign-in ID

We’re changing the way you sign into your AIR MILES account. Collectors can now switch to using an email and password as their way of signing in.

Use your AIR MILES collector number and PIN
as your Sign-In ID if you have not switched to using an email and password.

Use your email and password
if you have already switched to using an email and password as your Sign-in ID, or if you joined the AIR MILES Reward Program on or after November 9, 2022.
